Open business as in Open Source
There is definitely a lot business can learn from Open source. Perhaps the term Open Business is just amazing. Every aspect of the business is open to stake holders. From marketing to finance, from technology to operations, the stake holders know everything. The business is run by a community of interested people. The money is visible, compensation is known. The philosophy is clean and simple, talent is distributed, so is the business. It’s a community run business and in today world web 2.0, things get much more easier. Most importantly the CEO doesn’t spend the companies money Golfing or hunting…
I’m very keen to start an open business in India, specially after seeing huge success of community driven events like Barcamp.
I am a 25 year Entrepreneur. An electronics engineer from SJCE,Mysore. I run a company with 2 of my friends in my home town Mysore. Love to swim in the rivers. Ubuntu and Dilbert's die hard fan. Right now I am company's chief accountant, Chief Marketing and CEO :) Things can't get better than this!

Very rarely do I get to hear about open source business, especially in India. Surely, would like to know more about it. All the best for your business venture.

It’s probably not tried much around the world. Because in most cases it’s about few individuals making a lot of money.
We are all set to experiment this idea. Hoping to build a community.
